IN ALL CASES CONSULT A DOCTOR!
  • INHALATION
    		• Convulsions. Dizziness. Laboured breathing. Nausea. Unconsciousness. Vomiting. Pupillary constriction, muscle cramp, excessive salivation.
    		Ventilation, local exhaust, or breathing protection.
    		Fresh air, rest. Refer for medical attention.
  • SKIN
    		• MAY BE ABSORBED! Redness. Pain. Pupillary constriction.
    		Protective gloves. Protective clothing.
    		Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap. Refer for medical attention.
  • EYES
    		• Redness. Pain.
    		Face shield or eye protection in combination with breathing protection.
    		First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a doctor.
  • INGESTION
    		• Abdominal cramps. Diarrhoea. Laboured breathing. Nausea. Unconsciousness. Vomiting. Pupillary constriction. Muscle cramps.
    		Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating.
    		Rinse mouth. Refer for medical attention.
    SPILLAGE DISPOSAL STORAGE PACKAGING & LABELLING
    Collect leaking liquid in sealable containers. Absorb remaining liquid in dry sand or inert absorbent and remove to safe place. Do NOT wash away into sewer (extra personal protection: P3 filter respirator for toxic particles).
    		Provision to contain effluent from fire extinguishing. Separated from acids, alkalis, food and feedstuffs. Dry. Well closed. Keep in a well-ventilated room.
    		Do not transport with food and feedstuffs.

    PHYSICAL STATE; APPEARANCE:
     OILY COLOURLESS LIQUID , WITH CHARACTERISTIC ODOUR.

    PHYSICAL DANGERS:

    CHEMICAL DANGERS:
     The substance decomposes on heating above 120░C producing toxic fumes including nitrogen oxides, phosphorous oxides and sulfur oxides. Reacts with strong acids and alkalis with possible formation of highly toxic tetraethyl thiopyrophosphates.

    OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE LIMITS (OELs):
     TLV: ppm; 0.1 mg/m3 (as TWA) (skin) (ACGIH 1993-1994).


    		ROUTES OF EXPOSURE:
     The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation of its vapour, through the skin and by ingestion.

    INHALATION RISK:
     A harmful contamination of the air will not or will only very slowly be reached on evaporation of this substance at 20░C; on spraying or dispersing, however, much faster.

    EFFECTS OF SHORT-TERM EXPOSURE:
     The substance irritates the eyes and the skin. The substance may cause effects on the nervous system , resulting in convulsions and respiratory failure. Cholinesterase inhibitor. The effects may be delayed. Medical observation is indicated.

    EFFECTS OF LONG-TERM OR REPEATED EXPOSURE:
     Cholinesterase inhibitor; cumulative effect is possible: see Acute Hazards/Symptoms.
